Action Through Enterprise is transforming the lives of thousands of people in one of the poorest and most remote parts of Ghana. Working with communities in the Upper West, this growing charity is opening the door to education and enterprise for everyone, even the most marginalised. Its impact ripples through families, villages and districts – and down through generations.
Funding from Beatrice Gilmore Charitable Trust will allow Action Through Enterprise to establish a Technology and Learning Zone in its Inclusion Centre in Nandom District, to transform rural access to technology. This initiative will benefit school pupils, disabled children, entrepreneurs and the whole community, bringing new opportunities for education, trade and vital connections with the wider world.
